I-Tech Staffing Named December 2012 Small Business of the Month
I-Tech was recently presented with a unique opportunity to collaborate with a client to provide relief kits to victims of Hurricane Sandy on behalf of FEMA. This project enables I-Tech to hire over 230 employees within the first four days of a two-week project. To ensure that they reached individuals with the most pressing needs, I-Tech partnered with the local Goodwill Career Centers and opened the job to individuals who had been jobless for nine months or longer. Being able to give local neighbors a chance to provide Thanksgiving for their families was a great incentive for I-Tech.
When called upon, I-Tech stepped up to the plate, encouraged the local community to get involved, delivered assistance to our friends up north, and provided employment for 130 people. For this, I-Tech was awarded the Business of the Month Award by the Gwinnett Chamber for the month of December.

This sentiment, though personal to me, was reflected among many of the participants, as well. Some employees went as far as donating their paychecks back to the community via food banks and overseas children’s foundations sponsored by local citizens. Our New Facility!
It’s official! We are finally in our beautiful new facility. Our new address is 4020 Steve Reynolds Boulevard in Norcross, GA. We now have office space for everyone, a huge sunny atrium, a large, bright repair room, a refreshingly large warehouse space with huge helicopter propellers (they are called ceiling fans!) to keep employees cooler, and enough room for expansion!
Are we excited? You bet we are! At our Open House next week (Thursday, July 21), there will be about 250 large company CEOs who will get tours and be well-fed. We can’t wait to share our new vision for I-Tech Staffing and I-Tech e-Services.

On–Site: For 40 ongoing employees, I–TECH will assign an On-Site lead person to assist your Department Manager with the responsibility of tracking I-TECH’s employees’ attendance, time, and filling of vacancies and discipline issues, if any.
